Cancellation policy

We apply the following cancellation policy:

• If you cancel within 24 hours after your booking has been approved, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount and the deposit (if applicable). Have you emailed us but not received a response yet? Don't worry, we will take the moment you sent us your email as the cancellation date.
  
• If you cancel up to the 30th day before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs are 10% of the travel sum.
  
• If you cancel from the 30th to the 15th day before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs are 20% of the travel sum.
  
• If you cancel from the 15th day to the first day of your stay, the cancellation costs are 30% of the travel sum.
  
• If you cancel on the first day of your stay or later, the cancellation costs are 100% of the travel sum.
