Borgo Poggio dei Fiori (also operating under the names "weekjepiemont.nl" and "weekinpiedmont.com") will not sell and/or provide your personal data to third parties. We only use your personal data for the purpose for which you have provided them and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Telecommunications Act.

Collection of personal data
We collect the data that you leave behind when you contact us via the contact form, whatsapp and/or make a reservation. This includes:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Street and house number
- Postcode and city
For the purpose of paying tourist tax and registering with the municipality of arrivals, we are obliged to ask for your identity.
Payments via location via bank transfer, payment requests and possible payment providers.

Provision of your data to third parties
We do not sell data of our guests to third parties. However, we do use external applications and platforms where your data is stored. The parties we currently work with are:
- Google (Maps, Reviews, Analytics)
- Meta (Whatsapp, Advertisements, Instagram, Facebook)
- MyTourist (Booking platform in which we manage all data of our guests and their bookings)
We have taken - where possible by us - appropriate technical measures to protect personal data against loss or other forms of unlawful processing.
